I do believe in God, Satan and Angels. Why would telling my children that embarrass me? I am really sorry that you don't believe in God. Your life, now and later, would be so much more blessed and complete if you did.
How did you come up with "Intelligent Question Series"?
I, personally, don't agree with you. Sorry. Do try to have a nice day, anyway. :)

I'm not a practicing religious person, but I'm also not ashamed to say I believe in God, Satan and Angels. If you are that ashamed, then don't teach your kids about it, or just be upfront saying you are ashamed of your belief if in fact you do.
But, if you are uneasy talking to your kids then you should maybe talk to someone (child support worker) about how to talk to your children about these subjects honestly and openly. If you are uneasy about God, I can't wait for a question from you asking how to go about talking to them about sex, drugs, or more. Cause trust me, they'll start asking those questions and the ones about religion in about kindergarten.

Nope, not ashamed at all. Everone has to believe in something, it's what keeps us going and gives us hope. I would much rather tell my child that there are angels.. than tell him that there is a Santa Claus or Easter Bunny.. Angels, God and Satan will stick with him. They will help him to be a better person and feel protected.

I am not at all ashamed, I am very proud to know God. He does wonderful things for me. I know that angels and Satan exist too. I am glad that I know the highest power and that He is my father and he will help me when I need help. What do you have that comes close to that? Wait until you need some help? You don't know how small and fragile you are. You could die today, are you ready for that?

What's the alternative?
We come from Big Bang?
Our ancestor,a monkey?
We're all here by chance?
If you have only the Bible or Koran as spiritual books, there are other more spiritual books that may open your eyes more, such as the Vedas,Bhagavad Gita, which pleased even Einstein!
So,I suggest you try to learn more about God from Indian scriptures, and you'll be glad to explain to the kids about your findings....

I am not ashamed of not believing in non existent things for the simple fact that I just don't believe in them, I don't know why you are, why would you be ashamed to tell your children that you believe in them unless you are ashamed of your beliefs, which I think is kind of strange

God is neither non existant or a thing. God is. I'm sorry that you have nothing or no one to believe in. You should hang your head in shame. Hopefully your children will learn about God from a caring outsider.

Religion is the one of the only publicly acceptable forms of insanity.
If people referred to their imaginary friends with names such as Bob, Jane, etc., they would be treated the same as all other insane people.
Can you imagine what would happen if some guy claimed he prayed to Bob and Bob performed miracles for him?

you do not have the right nor the authority to declare that God, devil, or angels are non existant. because of the very undeniable actuality that you have not any thanks to prepare their non existance. How does it experience imagine even as options do not exist? How does it experience to be wakeful even as understanding would not exist? in accordance to you in case you won't be able to see it, scent it, hear it, style it, or contact it, it would not exist. if so your potential to reason, your potential to concentration on your surroundings isn't something yet a hallucination, an phantasm.
