if you mean a paddling pool, then yes. I go in all the time with my kids and im a lot older than you.

I'll go out on a limb here and decide you mean paddling a boat - yes canoing is fun.
Getting your little butt paddled isn't.

Hmm.. im only 12 and i dont get what you mean? do u mean Paddling? like canoe?
If is canoe, thats alright for you to go canoeing , but you need a parent to guide you... thats the most important thing ..
