It is probably because you are nicest person to them, you listen to them, you cheer them up when they are down, you have a great sense of humor, they have fun with you when yall hang out, and maybe you are an attractive person and they are sexually attracted to you too in combination with the others things I mentioned. The only way to know is to ask each of them individually because one person's reason may not be the other person's reason.
