They stick to your teeth. (Just kidding. Really, the pure water from the drinks is absorbed into your blood stream, then your blood is cleaned by your kidneys, excess water and other stuff comes out as urine. The solids in the drinks--the color, etc. is excreted as stool).

They get filtered through your liver. If you have an unhealthy liver the urine will be very dark because it won't filter as well. Keep in mind that even when you have a healthy liver discolored urine is sometimes normal (i.e. when taking certain medications containing colored dyes).

most colourings in drinks and food are natural fats proteins or sugars you will c that in most colas that caramel is used as a colourant. the body breaks these down and we use them in our bodies or because they have changed chemically they change colour and pass out via our urine or our poo

it colour hasn't got anything to do with what you've drunk it's to do with how well your liver is functioning and how often you drink water - as far as i know :)
