Why don't you ask her out on a date and get to know her better first?

Well..first thing. You said "there's this girl I've been LIKING" Are you positive that you love her?? If you aren't in a relationship w/her or aren't her really good friend, I would advise that you do NOT go up to her and say "I love you." A guy did this to me once and it completely freaked me out. We ended up casually dating later because I was single at the time, but its not a really good approach. What's your past history with this girl? Is she a friend? Classmate? Co-worker? You need to think about her reaction to what you're going to say. Most girls don't take love lightly. Keep that in mind. Good luck!!

Have you told her that you like her and tell her what you like about her??? If you have not start there and she will appreciate it more and the I love you will come in it's time. Relax and enjoy her company and tell her so. It makes a woman feel good and appreciated. That's part of love that they need. Telling them you love her is great but without the first parts they may be just empty words to her.

Since you LIKE her, why don't you tell her you LIKE her instead of using the word, LOVE. You should only use the word LOVE when you truly and sincerely mean it. I went out with a guy who I thought was really nice, but when he said "Love ya" on the phone, the day after our first date, I was completely turned off and dumped him not too long after.

The best time would be when she has made you laugh or said something that has made you feel like you want to say say it. Then she knows it has came from the heart and you havnt forced yourself to say it. It also make it less awkward 4 u!

i mean you think that you love her but the fact is that you just
like her very much .
listen this might be strange but first watch her in every motion in every word try to know her more and if you did try to tell her a peom that expresses all your feeling which you are carring only for her but know her first and i can write you this poem if you want but enter her world first .

First be sure you love her really. It is not normal to be in love with somebody without at least talking to her first.
