Peace at the level of the community is the sum total of the peace at the individual level of the people living in the community. Men should learn to forgive the little wrongs done to them; rise above personal, parochial , sectarian and denominational identities. Much of the conflict is due to dogmatic bigotry. No dogma can be universally true and fighting for a cause based on an imperfect dogma is foolish and suicidal. Hatred borne out of religious bigotry is going to be more dangerous than a nuclear weapon. Let every man practise love and affection, in every manner possible.

Forget peace in the world. It would be enough if one can be peaceful within him/herself.

Start with finding peace within one's self first...
Then do a random act of kindness ["RAK"] to a complete stranger at least once a day. Who knows? It may be catchy too.
