You must have a strong mind, such" I'll never take something, if it can hurt me", if you find or something wrong with your energy balance. It seems like you get unexpected "worn" parcel. Just return it. It is some suggestive to your mind, and be planted into your subconscious, that you will not received any dirt energy.
Your mind should be strong. Have you ever believe when you think something, that energy will go to that thing directly.
To improve your allertness, please pray to god, and say to Him, that you don't want receive any dirt energy, and please return it to Him, and say you cannot resist on it. Let god take care.
God do not give something to somebody with excessive problems.
May take a meditation, to calm your mind. Because in disorder (sorry) mind, something can be intaken to body.

man! there's no such thing as black magic. it's all abt science. all the harms that black magic does is by consuming uneatable things ike ash and old bone powder. just stay away from these kind of people as theyare pretty crazy

You have to show that you do not believe in it, that you believe in god. Then the curse or whatever cant take affect.
