Yes .Sneeze is a reflex which brings expulsion of gas from nose (and mouth), which is usually caused by irritation in the nose passage. It is semi-autonomic which mean it is partly conctrolled by autonomic nervous system, and partly you have control over it. In your sleep, your nose passage could get irritated then you sneeze.

Sneezing is a natural reflex ro an allergen or fuzz or hair in your nose. When irritated, you naturally have the reflex to sneeze to clear it out. If you happen to be asleep when this occurs, of course you will be able to sneeze while in your sleep.
