Sorry friend, you may not get a loan at 5-6% in India. If you are an Indian, the best you can do is to contact any of the Public Sector Banks (like Oriental Bank of Commerce, Corporation Bank, State Bank, etc). These banks have implemented the Education Loan scheme formulated by Reserve Bank of India (with some customisation) whereby you can avail Education Loan upto Rs 14 Lakh at 9 to 10% per annum. Your repayment will start after 6 months of completion of education or on your getting a job (whichever is earlier). During the period before the start of repayment, the interest applicable is Simple Interest.

Dear sir,
You will get loan at a lower interest upto 11%, it is not higher as yopu are thinking, as the fees will be disbursed to you in parts as per semester or annum fees, and you will be charged a simple interest accordingly, for eg if loan is for Rs. 6 lacs, and first installment is Rs. 2 lacs, then till the next due you will pay just simple interest on Rs. 2lacs only, and it follows like that way for adding installments, and you have to pay back the actual principal amount after you complete your studies and get a job. But that time the principal amount plus the compound interest in reducing balance form. This loans are available with national banks like Canara Bank, Union Bank etc., I think SBI is little costlier than them but I am not sure you can check with them also.
