I always like to smell fresh before sex so If i have the chance I shower first. Most of the time unless it is really hot I don't shower after.

I want someone clean and I want to be clean before sex but if you have showered that day you should be fine before sex. I'm not going to get ready to have sex and go running to the shower just before.

Before and after. I like to take a bath after (I encourage the "man nap", lol) and then crawl back into bed beside him. Sometimes we start up all over again :).
