Yes, it absolutely does. It's to make someone or something getting sick, ill, etc. Magic can be divided into 2 kinds. Black and White.
The black magic usually kick someone via undetected energy, to make your energy balance, mind, subconcious become disturbed. Then you get sick, or something uncomfort.
The white magic usually is used for healing someone from illness.
