By now you should now or at least guess if she would prefer something intimate or something with other people at the proposal. I think you could go to your special beach or mountain place, prepare a romantic atmosphere (women care about that!) and pop the question. If she is a fan of programs in which men propose in a more public way, asks her female friends to prepare in secret a big thing. Good luck

Personalize it for the gal, example:if she likes stars take her out to an observatory or better yet to a hill overlooking the city on a clear summer night for a picnic and pop the question when the chance arises just find out what she likes and think of an way to use that.

There are millions of ways. Be creative.Think long and hard and give it your own special uniqueness.
Example: Take her to a special place like a very romantic restaurant, or the top of a very tall building. Hire a violinist to appear and play a specially romantic song. Then after he finish have him to step up and say "madam...the gentleman has something he would like to say to you".
Then...Bam...there it is...a nice smile, a ring and...Will you marry me?
If by chance she doesn't accept you still would have done it with class and with style.

steam open a fortune cookie and put the ring in the cookie then close the cookie back up , take her to dinner, after dinner grab the fortune cookies and leave the restaurant. Find a nice park or spot that you like and have her open the cookie.

On one knee, with a ring and the old fashioned " Will you marry me? " should work out just fine. Don't forget a huge, huge, huge bouquet of flowers !
But if you want something different, make her a scrapbook and on the last page write "Will you marry me?" That's a lot of work, though.
