I have.

1. Set several alarm clocks. Each within 5 minutes of time. Place them at different places.

2. If thats too tough, ask someone to phone every morning..(anyone)....having a conversation with someone for 2-3 minutes will help wake up with ease.

3. Tell someone in house to break ur door in the morning!!! (Its usually my mom)

see you sleep for cetain hours may be 8--9 hours. So all the technique of setting up alarm etc you must have allready tried.
What u must do is to sleep early and see that your sleep time is complete before your desired wake up time. So 8- 9 hours should be completed till the time at which u want to wake up. Now it will be damn easy for u to wake up. Just plug in the alarm and as you sleep would have been completed you will easily wake up my dear friend.
tell if does not work!!!!!

If you have an alarm clock don't keep it near your bed, keep it far enought away from the bed as to where you will physically have to "get out of bed" to turn it off.
Once you are out of bed you can now begin to realize that it is time to "wake up ".
If I forget to set my alarm i go by the light that shines through the window..usually around 5:00 a.m. here in Denver now but it varies with daylight savings time.
Oh and try to get to bed early enough that you won't sleep through the time to get up .,

If you are determined to get up early in the morning you'll automatically get up. But if you don't want to get up no alarm clock or any person can wake you up. It all depends on your will to get up early. If u keep it in your mind that 'I have to get up at 6 or 7' You will surely get up on that time. This is due to the clock in your mind.

i drink lots of water before i go to bed, this way i have to wake up in the morning to pee, which is usually around the time i have to wake up anyways.

also, i think it helps to tell yourself (before you sleep) that you have to wake up at XX time. keep thinking that and you will.
