immigrations?

my bf is not very legal in my country but he doesn't live on gov money he just live on his own money that he made in his own country( a much richer country then mine) but he just move here to be with me.
if some1 would move to USA but not legal("illigal aliens" the most stupid name that some1 could invent) but they would just live on theyr own money would they still be banned?would they still be named that stupid name if they just buy things from shops and therefor pay those taxes?

The answer to the question is easy :-)))

Because your boyfriend comes from a rich country Holland/Australia..he won't have a problem living in the USA or anywhere else as an illegal..

But you because you are from a poorer country Romania will be an illegal..

It might not make sense to you...but honestly it is really logical,
Let me give you a few examples..
There are many Australians in London, who work, and pay their taxes..but have no valid visa...there are not a problem, and nobody complains about them.....
There are also many people from countries such as Zimbabwe..who live in London too. They too work, and pay taxes..and they too don't have a visa... BUT THEY ARE A PROBLEM...because they are black and from a poor country..

I have worked in Turkey and Serbia without a visa but I am not a problem because I have British passport...
But if a Turk, or Serb were to come to the UK they would be a problem...

Because the law of common sense says that all rich people who want to travel or work abroad do it for the right reasons such as wanting to learn another culture...and will contribute to that country's economy..
Whilst ALL people from poor countries are scroungers who only travel to the richer countries to commit crime, take drugs, rob the natives, live off benefits..and are generally undesirable because they pollute the culture...

(PS I hope you understand this answer was full of sarcasm and I don't actually think that people from poor countries are like that or am against immigration..My English is not good, so I have to make that clear!!)

I understand the point you are trying to make,I think. But someone would have to be pretty rich to do that,and not many people are that lucky. And 90% of all illegals who come here to the USA aren't rich.In fact,they are very poor and come here to make more money and live better lives.I have a feeling that if they had that kind of money,they wouldn't be here in the first place.They'd have stayed in their own countries.And one more thing, if a person has that kind of money,why not just apply for legal status first and not bother entering illegally?

Step 2. Find a drug lord
Step 3. Steal from him.. make sure you don't get cought.
Step 4. Then fly out somewhere or take off on foot (run for hills) <---- in Mexico
Step 5. Watch out for the guards on Mexicos' southern border.
Step 6. Illegally enter U.S.
Step 7. Sell the Drugs
Step 8. Exit back to Mexico
Step 9. Find a coyote and pay him for fake documents
Step 10. Pay him, and have him lead you into Mexico
Step 11. Find your way to your b/f's city
Step 12. Hide in tree
Step 13. He will pick you up when he arrives....or whenever you arrive.
Step 14...Your home free.. and your in
Step 15...Relax and have sex!
Step 16.. Make 20 babies and live off welfare and everything.. have all the services and live free-er than the citizens...

See.. 16 easy steps that get you here legally.. illegally...

If that sounds out of touch with reality, than you're just screwed..

What is wrong with the term "illegal alien"? If they a foreign then they are an alien, and if they don't have valid paperwork (working visa, whatever), then it is illegal for them to work in that country. You can stay in a country on visas which do not allow work usually for as long as you want - so long as you don't outstay it.

1 day his own money is gonna finish . he will have to work and pay income tax . if you wanna know people spend a lot of money to be legal in US. in order avoid to be illegal. illegal people considered criminals here.let him return back the way he came to US . and apply for visa . consult with an immigration lawyer . as far as i know he doesnt have anyway to be legalized if he illegally entered US .i think he can apply for asylum .and waive (justify his crime)and forgiven

It's not a stupid name, it's what they are if they are there by illegal means. Do things legally and you have no problem. If you get your food and clothes by illegal means you will be called a thief.
