If you are finding you are suffering from aniety it can feel like forever i understand. it firstly depends on what is making you feel so anxious and slowing down and regulating your breathing, easier said than done i know but gp referral to stressmanagement classes should aid this.
I recommend visiting gp for an antidepressant citalopram is a good one try asking for propanalol which is a beta blocker used to block physical symptoms of anxiety. your gp is also able to prscribe you diazepam briefly to prevent symptoms however this can become addictive.
If you want a physical way to alleviate anxiety it is highly recommended you try exercise such as running to make the natural endorphins in your body release and ease the anxiety.
