1) i have a small job and a young family. i have 2 daughers
(2) my dad is a pollygamist and a drug adict so he doesnt bother about paying the school fees of my brothers and sisters.That responsibilty fell on my shoulders.they are all looking up to me. these children will be in school for the next ten years.
(3)with my current status i can provide for all the basic needs of my family and pay for the school fees of my brothers and sisters but in the end i will have zero savings.
(4) if i refuse to pay their school fees ican save

Turn your father over to authorities for his drugs. Contact a protection agency for your siblings, fight for custody of your siblings, and delve into the system to see what assistance you can get.
OR
Think about how you will feel spending your "saved" money, while your siblings receive no education and watch you live the good life.
OR
Find out about any and all programs that can help you help them, and get some spine and put your father in his place.

if u refuse paying for their school fees, they might end up out of school, if i were on your shoes, try to talk with your dad tell him you need help and he has to change, ask your mom, tell her you can't work thing out by yourself,talk to your wife maybe you can talk to her and tell her to help you by working and have a family meeting, we are doing this every time we are broke, my parents let us understand our situation and teach us to save on our own. you can also do cost-cutting have a tighter budget. another suggestion is to look for a higher paying job or work hard for you to be promoted

If you are able to pay their school, go ahead and pay and as you pay for someone believe you me that someone will equally pay for you some day. God has keep you there for a purpose.

Move out wtih your wife and kids. Don't pay anything for your siblings.
Your dad is good for nothing. He should be responsible for his own children, not you.
