I think the one thing people forget about the Bible and God is that we need to look deeper than just the surface. God in the end will judge the intent of our heart. Just as Jesus told us on the sermon on the mount that the ten commandment were much more open than expected. To murder was also to hate one another. To commit adultery was also to look upon another with lust. Each of these show us that God intends for us to understand that it is our heart that concerns Him. So to answer your question you would have to know what one felt in his or her heart and see if that over steps any boundaries. The thing about love is that in a committed serious relationship there is potently for it to go to far. How far is to far, only God knows that answer.

its as wrong as it is to eat shellfish. (check leviticus).

jesus claimed he loved his disciples; so, if a man can say he loves another man, without any interferrence of sexual persuasion, then i would say no.

but it appears to be a technicality.
