NTFS harddisk can connect to other computer via USB harddisk connector to see the file inside, how can I protect it from seeing the content via USB port?

I assume you mean you have a hard disk inside an external casing that is connecting to a computer using a USB cable.

There is an option. Encrypt the information that you want to be private. The user will still be able to see that there is a folder there, but will not be able to open it without a password.

eh? Not too sure what you are asking. If you mean you only want some USB external HD drive to be readable on one computer then maybe you should use encryption - I wouldn't use native NTFS encryption - I'd use some third party - take your pick on the link below.
