A very heartfelt question. The answer, of course, is that love never stopped being enough.
"Love never fails"
However, people do fail (as in, fail to love ), and so we selfishly take and demand and tear at each other's hearts. Love has no sense of timing, I'm afraid, but it does have one unique quality: It hides itself in the places you would least expect to look.
Be patient (easy to say, right),. and begin to look for love where you haven't looked before. Just don't stop loving yourself, just because others seem to have done so.

love is an illusion based on someones delusions.
i stopped looking for it a while ago, it does not exist
