The south Indian breakfast of idli vadai and dosai.Nothing beats it.I have been living in North America forawhile now and have tasted all sorts of breakfast combinations...south Indian is still my fav.

Incidentally a study by an UN organistion abt diff kinds of break fast found that idlis(steamed rice cakes) are the best in breakfast choice from around the world-ease of preparation,nutrition value and cost.

Probably boiled egg, sometimes with a cup of tea. Or just a sandwich might do the job, milk preferred.
But cereals are most popular!

if u have time, stick bamboo skewers through chunks of honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes strawberries, apple slices. and then spoon some yogurt(your fave kind)intoo a small bowl and use it as a dipping sauce.
or a
bowl of cereal (any kind) and add sliced banana
or
mix 1/4 cup of peanut butter and 1/4 cup of strawberry yogurt, use it as a dip for pita slices, cut up fruit, pretzels
or
in a bowl mix chunks of honedew melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, top it with your fave yogurt and sprinkle some cereal on top and add a strawberry.
or
a fruit parfait:layer plain or vanilla yogurt,blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries, and add rice krispies(cereal) or granola, and top it off with another scoop of yogurt.
