A chart works best for my daughter for all kinds of things. We used a chart with her when she was potty training. When she got so many stickers on her chart she got to pick something out of the "Peepee box" (She came up with the term.) It was a box filled with toys, stickers, and candy. It worked great.

Don't punish her for pooping on herself. Try to figure out a way to reward her for pooping in the toilet. If she's ever been constipated and tried using the toilet then she might think that it was the toilet that made pooping hurt and not the constipation. Some children are just afraid of pooping in the toilet. Give her time and she'll come around.

If you read up more questions, you will see that this seems to be a common problem. Until recently, I had this problem with my son. I made him a special chart just for pooping in the toilet, and his prize at the end was to be something really special. I also give him his favorite treat - a chocolate) for every poop in the toilet, no matter how close to bedtime or dinner. It seems to have worked. Give it time (hardest:)) and alot of incentive and it will hapen enventually. Good luck!

eliminate THE PULL-UPS, they're glorified diapers. NO underpants, only a lengthy t-blouse. definite she will be able to carry it in for see you later as she will be able to. yet she already knows what the potty is for. she will be able to run to the potty on her own. enable or not it is her selection, yet NO underclothes, no remember how hard she begs. If it takes a lengthy time period and he or she receives sneaky (like my grandson, he ought to attend till after bedtime) do not hardship, they ultimately might want to pass in the course of the day. LOAD them up on water, that way they could't get constipated and it also helps the stool to slide out swifter even as they're going. it truly works, i understand. I easily have 2 grandchildren that I educated this kind and they were both reluctant. praise them for procuring it correct. do not hardship about getting it incorrect. It purely isn't lengthy beforehand she is not any longer in pull-ups.

Hold her completely responsible for the cleanup. She can shake the poop in the toilet, rinse out her underwear, put them in the laundry, wipe, and put on clean clothing. This is her issue. She is the only one that can control it. Don't give her any attention for it. When you see that she has soiled herself say "It looks like you need to change." She will soon learn that it is much easier to use the toilet. Good luck!

I've been having the same problem with my son. What I do is set a time for bo-bo time. Usually a hour after dinner- so far it has been working.
