Don't play too hard to get. A girl always rises to a challenge, but if she thinks it's too much, she'll probably invest her time in something (and someone!) more worthwhile.

Find out what a girl likes by trying to work it into the conversation, and then go out and buy the spray or cologne! It will drive her crazy! Just make sure that you don't use too much--A little bit is good, but over-applying makes her want to run away!

Tell good jokes! Don't try too hard. Experiment, find out what makes other people laugh and see if she reacts the same! Even if it doesn't make her giggle, you will be one step closer to learning how to make her laugh!

Compliment a girl the right way. Watch closely when you are around her! You can probably tell from, for example, how romantic and soppy she is, say on Valentines Day, or if she adorns her folders with cute animals and hearts. If she does, she probably likes it if people are soppy to her. In this case, lay on the compliments, but don't go too overboard. If you find out that she doesn't do any of these things, she might find it strange, creepy and intimidating if you compliment her too much! Keep the compliments subtle but nice, and compliment her on features that she wouldn't think you would notice!

Smile! The best thing that boys can do is smile! It helps if you have a nice smile, and she definitely won't want to see your teeth if they are yellow and cracked! Be happy, though, don't take life too seriously and show her that you can laugh and you are exciting!

Always be there for her, but when she needs you to be! Don’t totally stalk her and listen to all of her conversations, but when she looks upset or sad, gently ask her if she is okay and try to help her cheer up! Try and use some of the techniques from step 3 to make her laugh! She will like you so much more if she knows that you are always on hand with a big smile and a caring heart!

Be daring! Most girls don’t like boys who always live by the rules, going to bed at 9pm and studying like crazy! They also don’t like boys who only talk about computers and math!!! If you are guilty of any of these things, change your ways or find a different girl.

Don’t just talk, listen, and when it is your turn to talk, be interesting! Don’t be boring, be exciting and different!

Be social! Don’t let her think that if she stops talking to you, that will be the end of the world! This sounds kind of bad, but don’t just stick to her! Live freely, don’t let her think that you are completely stuck on her, even if you are! If she sees you flirting with other girls, she will WANT you more, but she might write you off as a lost cause if you look like a complete player!

Tips
Personal hygiene is a must! Don't be disgusting, don't smell like a skunk, and don't have hair like a chip pan!

Don't be too loud or too proud! If you love yourself and you don't let anyone else be number 1 for a while, people are soon going to start avoiding you!

Be friendly, remember all the things that adults and other people have ever told you about how to treat girls, and having manners!
It may sound shallow, it may sound vain, but try to get in with the cool crowd, or at least act a bit cool! , most girls care about what people will think of you! If you aren't cool, even if you are the nicest, most charming boy they have ever met, they might be a bit reluctant to say yes! Its not fair, and its not very right, but its the way the world works! Watch some football and try out for the school team, get some hair gel and spike up your hair, get an iPod and download some cool music!

Warnings
Don't be a 'typical boy' around girls! Sure, the boys may think that passing wind is funny, and the boys may think that pulling girl's hair is funny, but be respectful in front of her! Girls just think these kinds of things are childish and annoying! Be different from all those immature idiots and show her that you CAN be mature!

Don't be rude or dirty! Some girls may think dirty comments are funny and flirty, but most girls find them creepy and wrong! Don't bother if you ever want to get a girlfriend!

Don't be the geek in the corner with no friends! Socialize with people of the same sex, surround yourself by people, look popular even if you are not! Attract the right attention instead of looking like the person no one wants!

Well, if this girl doesnt like u because ur not good looking, welll, she probably isnt worth it. Be confident! Im pretty sure ur not bad looking either. Be confident that u can offer her much more other than being a hunk or whatever. Im a girl, and I dont usually go for hunky guys who are always into their looks. Most of those good looking guys I know are always over confident that they can get any girl they want (usually over their heads)... What counts most is what u can offer this girl. Show her what u are capable of. Im pretty she'd notice u. I would.

If your self esteem is that low to where you feel as if a woman is not in your league then there is no need to go any further because the first thing you need to do is feel better about yourself, build your confidence with some help from some books or friends then go after her on a equal plane and see if she is in your league

Balls to the wall man. Go for it. Just flirt with her alot and stuff. Go running everyday by her house and when you get by there lift your shirt acting like you're wiping the sweat off your face. But yah.. Just ask her out.
