There are a number of different foods that are a good source of zinc. Fish, yeast, egg yolks and wheat germ are all helpful to increase a person’s intake of this nutrient. The zinc in these foods will help to stimulate protein production in different parts of the body. Another option is to purchase zinc nutritional supplements. A good rule of thumb is to take fifty to one hundred milligrams daily to make it most helpful.

consult a skin or hair specialist for an opinion.
try not to self medicate or self-diagnose without the help of the right knowledge or information.
ignore the advertisements of popular hair care salon or hair care product because almost all give you not the complete truth. for another there are quakes in the industry with all kinds of dubious credentials.
cool-headedly see for yourself what the results are before taking the next step.
for a safer bet try beijing 101 for a trial period because they have clinical researchs with well-known universities and published reports. it is not that the china's pm taking the product is testimony of a good product, you still have to judge for yourself the efficacy of any formula.just be careful on what you will have to dole out for a safe solution. whatever decision, you should get the benefit, not the hair product or hair clinic salon.
