Subway isn't going to be the magical cure all. Jarrod lost the weight because he ate sensibly, walked / rode a bicycle to lose weight, and in short turned his life around.
Subway was just a means of going low calorie. Their food is actually half way decent if you know what to order.
You can do the same thing by eating healthy at home. When you have to use fast food, make smart choices. Avoid fried food, cheesy stuff, etc. Jarrod avoided anything that involved refined sugar and fat (soda pop and mayo, for instance).
If you are interested in losing weight I suggest becoming knowledgable about what you are putting in your body. Read labels, know calorie counts, etc. Also become active. Whether it is walking, swimming, jogging, etc, the weight will come off if you burn more calories than you consume.
If you need more help, drop me a line.
Good luck.

Yes it can help, but what ppl don't realize is "Jarrod" hired a personal trainer , worked out daily. But the subs, that's the funny part, you cant have any cheese, no condiments on your sandwich, unless of course there the fat-free sauces. Some subways carry the light mayo, but most do not, so definitely ask first before you put any sauces on. Good luck
