The two closest friends I've ever had were women with whom I was never sexually involved. The closer we got, the more we new it would never happen, and this never affected the basic friendship. Since sexual chemistry is usually the first thing you feel, if you don't feel it now, you probably never will, so yes, you are looking at a sure deal breaker. Enjoy what is there, don't ruin it trying for what isn't.

No that chemistry reveals itself early. But ask yourself why you are not sexually attracted to him? I sit for the simple fact that he is too nice? Give him the 411 real straight and don't be offended if he leaves.

You sounds as thought you treat each other like brother and sister's relationship. Both of you seems to like each other companion and not willing to make that commitment or both of you are 'still' looking for a sleeping beauty and prince charming to appear in front of you.
Sexually may not be something you are yearn for. Likewise for him. Love and understanding seems to be key in this relationship. But bear in mind, are you both wasting each other's youth if you are not prepared to marry yet. Whatever your answer, be truthful to yourself if you likes him a lot and be fair to him.

u love the person, thats enough to marry,
sex is not a big issue, if he is normal man with atleast some sex appeal & reproductive health then u can manage.
Imagine u get married to a sexy but a person with wrong behaviour & habits like criminal etc etc. its very bad.
so marry the person u love and u will also enjoy sex by proper guiadance of doctors, counsellors etc.
