Drink your milk, eat lots of fruits and vegetables AND stay away from things that will stunt your growth or be unhealthly like coffee, tons of sweets and pop. Get outside and excercise ~ If your healthy yourbody will grow to it's fullest potential. You will somewhat restricted to the height your genes will allow but there is nothing you can do about that!!

Eat healthily , so your body can get the nutrients to grow as tall as your genes allow. Eat low fat cheese so that you can amass calcium for stronger bones.

Also, if you excercise vigorously and stop suddenly, abstaining form all forms of physical activicty, the 'pumped up' muscles contract often, and as they are attached to the bones, they 'pull' on the bones , causing you to get bone problems, and not grow as tall. So avoid that. Regular light excercise is enough to keep you in good shape.

ha ha height never depends on food u eat its mostly based on the exercise u do to increase Ur height.

I would suggest to have more of protein and calcium for height.

Height would only increase till the age of 20. Then its fixed.

Go to Russia get pins inserted in your legs and presto you're 5cm taller and $50,000 poorer. I forgot to mention the extensive physiotherapy and months of agonizing pain.
