My job is in jepordy right now. I fell in a patients room because the hospital did not fix a problem in a shower stall and there was a stream across the room and I slipped and tried to not fall and grabbed the counter behind me to save myself. Of course they made me go to the Work Comp. Dr. who treated me. Put me on restrictions that the hospital would not follow until the last week. I was treated for four weeks. On the last visit with the work comp. Dr. I asked him to check out my throat that was sore, he told me I needed to go to my family Dr. before returning to work. I had strep throat and the would not let me return to work, well after 3 seperate Dr. office visits I finally got better. It took one week. I have Drs. notes which were turned in to work the same day of the visit by my daughter. I know they are gunning for me. What should I do?

OMG you work for a bunch of losers! Get a lawyer and take your meds. All will work out in the end.

I am not sure, there are medications you can't take depending on what your job is. That sounds like a legal question to me.

I would check out this site:
