well if u are in love and u feel it then most likely he will fell the same.so he does notice and knows. so i think u need to let it go. just chill and wait for him till hes ready to express it to u. unless ur brave girl and have lot of confidence and go up to him and tell him how u feel. not only is that brave but its very impressive when a girl can do that.so if u really want him to know step up and tell him. im sure if u wait he will show it but most guys do need a push so yeah.good luck
