I love corned beef, but not the ham type that you can put in a sandwich. I like the shredded ones that you cook with onions and eat with eggs and garlic rice. Yummmmmmmmm!!!!!

I love a good boiled dinner with corned beef, turnip, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. And don't forget the homemade steamed raisin pudding.
