The martial arts I currently am aware of having red belts (or red sashes) are Mok-Gar, Lau Gar, Hung Ka, Choi Lay Fat, Wushu, American Kempo, and some others.

Of course, if you really want to find out, just call up a few martial arts studios or clubs and ask them if they have a red level belt or sash.

But if you really want to learn, and you already have a idea of which one you want to join, I suggest trying Championsway, Shaolin Wahnam, and/or Dragon Kempo Karate at the sources below.

Or you could just google or Yahoo! for those sites!

I hope this info helps!

Different Martial Arts use different collored belts in different ways. The only common belt rank is Black. In my nephews Tae-Kwon-Do school, red is right before black. In my Karate school, we use red as a childs beginner belt between white and yellow.
Most schools have 10-12 steps (belt colors) before black. Some schools have many more including stripes (half belt ranks) in order to slow the process down and make more money.
Hope this helped.

Most all red belts in the Japanese systems are 9th or 10 degree. A masters belt per say. In Korea, specifically Tang Soo Do, A red belt is equivelent to the Brown belt. I don't know of any Chinese or Kali systems that use red belt.
Hope this helps

Hope this helps a little

A red belt is whatever level your school gives it. I studied in 4 different schools at different times... each school taught the same art "American Kempo Karate"... and even though it was the same art... each school gave belts different levels... ie... Red belt at school A might be the 4th belt you earn... at school B it might be the 6th belt you earn.

red belts are accepted form of competence , within the sports orientated karate world , such as wado ryu , shotokan shukia , gojo ryu, and Korean karate as Taekwoon do, also judo and ju-jitsu . but all said and done i can remember when i was at college in the 70s i trained with a chinese guy i said to him what belt are you he replied i dont know i will have to ask my sensei,
i said how long have you been training he said 5 years , so i said to him how do you know when you are good enough he replied when my sensei says so. A couple of weeks later i asked him again what belt he was he replied my sensei says belts are for trousers not for me.?
