sit down, breathe slowly and deeply. Try to remain calm. Is there someone there with you? If not, get someone to come over now. If there is no one available, call 911. that is what they are there for. Even if it is heat related, you still should take it seriously. I wish you well.

Sounds like food poisoning or some kind of viral infection. Either way, if you are that bad off, you need to get to an urgent care or the doctor immediately. If you cannot get yourself there, call the paramedics and have them take you. Whatever this is, it sounds quite severe and may get worse the longer you wait. Go get help while you are still able to function!! Good luck and let me know what happens!!

sounds like you are having an anxiety attack...

sit down and try to relax-if you have a fan near by-turn it on and face it towards you to cool you down. remember to breathe-taking slow deep breaths. loosen any tight clothing you have on. if possible-get a cold glass of water and take small sips from it.

wait about 15 minutes and if this doesn't help then i would strongly recommend you calling 911 or have someone get you to the emergency room-especially if you feel like you are going to pass out.

alterations in blood sugar can cause sweats, shaking and blurry vision-but try what i just suggested first-those symptoms sound common to those of an anxiety attack-i've had them before and i also work in trauma icu

just had the same exoerience a few days ago... primarily caused by stress. Deep breathing is the key. If there is someone next to you, anyone, inform that person. Let it all out. If u have difficulty breathing, breathe deeply. It also helps to cry.
Keep ur mind clear.

Please go to outpatients. It might be scary, but you don't want to die sitting at your computer! Maybe you ingested something poisonous? Have you been drinking? I'm afraid only a doctor can diagnose you. It might be nothing serious, but I would get it checked out asap!
