What I need is either free program to download or site that gives me turkish to english translation FREE I just need a paragraph translated , Not a dictionary word for word yerr .. Anyone please out there who can help.

there is a section called text translation that will translate small texts. and there is also the first FREE all in one translation wizard for PC's. you do have to downloa it though.

Have you tried the sites that give free translations? I don't know if any of them give translations in languages like Turkish but you could survey a few and see what they offer.

I think your best bet would be to go to an international answers below. Try a different country maybe... Bottom line is that you're gonna need to find someone that knows the language.
