There is Japanese straightening which is very pricey, and can damage your hair if not done right. Seek a professional for this.
There is also a product called Easy Straight which lasts around 3 months.

You can go to a hair (Japanese) salon and get the treatment done. It takes a long time, and it lasts about 4 months I believe. It is a lot like getting your hair colored in that aspect. If you have enough money I would suggest it. A friend of mine did it, and she loves it.

yes pluck ur hair n stick it in a piece of paper wit glue.. it works permanently
