Well I'll give you a list of them...:
1. ALWAYS BE HAPPY AND SMILING-this way some guys will actually think that you like them just by the fact that you smiled at them or started a conversation with them...
2. BE OUTGOING-this way whenever they look for someone that will not bored them to death they will look for you...
3. REMEMBER THE GUY'S NAMES-this way the guys will think that you remember their name because you like them...
4. TOUCH THEM-just touch them like in their shoulder or lightly their arms...this will make them think that you want something with them...
These tips will work...this is how "us" guys think...just because some girl is nice to us we think that she likes us...it's kind of sad but true...I hope this is somewhat helpful.

I would love a girl to be forward. No guy likes a loose girl, except for sex, maybe. But if a girl really likes me, I know I would really love to know about it. You got to be careful, though. The wrong guy will try to use you, and toss you aside.

i am a guy....and i dont think girls need tips to flirt !!
any ways since you asked................look him straight in the eye, touch him lightly whenever u can, try wearing clothes which show your figure and especially clevage......smile a lot, hang on his arms, let him feel your breasts as if accidently.....!!
