♡I would recommend you start with hiragana and katakana first, as well. Then try working your way up from there. I will say that you SHOULD take some kind of class that will allow you to have conversation in Japanese IF you can. Pronunciation is VERY important!

there are many websites on the internet, that offer free japanese. I found one not too long ago, that was like an exchange program. You get to learn a foreign language, directly from someone in that country and they in turn can spruce up their english. They have boards set up, where you can choose a buddy and/or let others know what you're interested in. It's a great way to learn a language and not from a tape or a download. you also have the opportunity to make a new friend. you get 1 on 1 interaction and most use messenger and/or email for lessons. If that sounds like something that interests you, you should do a search. I came across the site by accident. happy learning!

Well, I honestly don't know how to do this free. But there is a book at Baurnes and Noble called Japenese in 10 minutes a day. (they actaully have many other languages too)
It really works, and it's easy and constructive you get to write in the book with pictures and everything so it's really simple and I love it!!!
It doesn't teach the entire language, but gives a VERY good overview and things that would make it so you could, say, go there and do just fine and feel pretty confident!
Check it out!

The best possible way to accomplish this, is to do what I did when I started learning Chinese...
GET A JAPANESE GIRLFRIEND / language partner
She and you can go places and study. she'll teach you Japanese and you can teach her English. Its very efficient, fun, thought provoking and pretty much free of cost.
In fact, if you and her hit it off, she'll put out.

Start with hiragana and katakana. I'm sure you can find someplace online to learn them in the proper stroke order. Don't bother with using materials that use romaji if you want to keep learning the language, that will hold you back in the long run.

It's probable to spend plenty of time and money looking for methods to teach your young ones how to see and enhance their studying skills. Is difficult to show a tiny kid how to learn, and actually tempting them to read is a challenge in itself. Nonetheless it does not have to be this way since you got the aid of this system https://tr.im/mA1Ux , Children Learning Reading program.
With Children Learning Reading you can teach your youngster how to separate seems and separate words into phonemes, an important point as soon as your child is simply understanding how to spell.
The reading system from Children Learning Reading program allows you for kids to see rapidly and correctly, from easy words to sentences till they learn to see stories.
