you cant change your genes. you have xx chromosomes or xy chromosomes and thats in your dna you cant change your genes. you would take estrogen and get an operation done to become a lady. or testosterone and get an operation to become a man.

No you cannot achieve transformation on a genetic level at the current state of modern science.
