I work hard, don't play too hard, and when I come home, I'm so tired, and can't sleep.?

That is a good question. When I worked day shift, I was hard to wake up in the morning, sleepy all day at work and I did work hard too which made me sleepier and when I got home I couldn't sleep. I think it is just the way life is. And life don't make much since to me.

Well you have to give you self some time to relax. Your body is active from working and needs time to slow down to get into a good mood to sleep. After work, even if its been an 18 hour shift it takes me about 2 hours to just relax enough to sleep.

Maybe you need to go out and play hard, everyone needs to let their hair own once in a while.

you need to learn to play harder so you can relax your mind.

Try eating more mars bars, they help you work rest and play.

take sleepin pills and drink LOTS AND LOTS of beer...trust me.u will appreciate it
