I play piano, and the best sheet music website that I've seen is www.everynote.com. You'll find some great violin sheet music here:

http://www.everynote.com/violin.music

You have to register, and the sheet music is pretty cheap, like $1 - $2, after you pay you get to download it to your computer, then you print it out. It's great, I've downloaded lots of piano pieces with no problems.

There appears to be a huge assortment of violin music, categorized by composer and by level of difficulty. Have fun!
