Well most people would avoid this question for the fact that the answer could be determined as perverted or whatever, but I'll take a stab at it.
If you aren't talking about a body part, probably their personality or just the way they smile. Girls have to smile to be attractive. And most do, it is just there are some girls that NEVER smile and that is just not attractive.
If you ARE talking about a body part, probably their whole figure. And uh...for the fact I might get this deleted....I will say no more on this subject as I think you know what I mean.
So there you go. I tried the best I could, so if I came off the wrong way, I apologize. That is a tricky question. It can attract some other......different answers.

personally, i go for the charater. however, since you cant know the character unless you know the person, so i go for the bodyshape.
