the answers is 63 days...It can go 2 days over or 2 days early...this well not cause any problems...This happens all the time,And when nature calls there really nothing you can do...So if you have a mommy about to have little ones,I would keep a close eye on here...She may need help delivering her pups...

Pregnancy in the dog lasts approximately 63 days. The normal due date can be about 1 week either side of the predicted 63 days. In cases of large litters, length is usually lessened. In cases of small litter numbers, length may increase.

My chihuahua just had 5 healthy puppies last week. She was pregnant exactly 55 days. This was her second litter, and she was huge!!!
