now as she is lying in the hospital bed with broken arm and leg, she is talking very strange things. she is been chked by a psychiatrist and is under medication though mild one. next sunday she has to undergo operation to fix the broken bones in her leg and arm.

I'm sorry about your sis. I can't believe that there are so many dopes who answer important questions that they no nothing about. Only a psychiatrist or a neurologist who physically examined your sister and had access to her medical records could answer your question. I'm sure you're anxious about your sisters prognosis and I would be too but no one here could know.

I worked 22 years as a Registered Nurse on a psychiatric/ neurological unit in a hospital.

Persons with mental problems due to accident can still have the chances of living a normal life. GOD WILL ALWAYS MAKE A WAY! have faith in GOD, talk to your sister always...Let her feel that she is very much loved, let her know that your family will always be there regardless of her situation. Keep talking to her, even if she's asleep...subconciously she can hear you, and it will do great and beneficial effects to her.Miracles do happen to those who believe!

You may like to seek opinions from different psychiatrists , preferably from different hospitals.
You may also like to pray, ask a religious authority for help in these matters as faith in a religion can help, especially in her condition.

she needs an x-ray on the skull to check for any cracks or damages to the skull, if there is no cracks hopefully, then these r some symptoms of anxiety that will resolve soon, but if there is cracks thnese symptoms r from possible brain damage
good luck to your sister
i hope she recovers soon
