How the hell is a guy supposed to aproach a female while riding public transportation, and not seem creepy, or make a scene?

Tell her you wouldn't be riding this damn bus if your Jag wasn't in the shop. Then laugh a little. Maybe she will think you're funny.

LOL.... Sorry had to get that out my system. Ok but for real. I don't know if the bus is the best place. Most females are a little guarding at some locations and i think a bus full of strangers is one of them. Maybe sit in her eye sight, then give her small eye contact if she seems to be into your glances keep it up, but if not stop. Once your eyes meet a couple of times move over to her once the bus stops, because its not really safe to move while bus is moving and plus how smooth can you look at 55 Mph. I think yo can handle the rest, but take in mind I don't have much experience in hooking up on a bus (maybe a school bus or two). O hey here a good one if she is reading ask her about what it is. Once she starts talking and the books is sounding lame try changing the subject. But thats all i got. Good Luck Pimping. O yea don't be afraid of rejection what the worst that can happen.

Look at them for a while like your interested. Then say, "Don't I know you?" and really act like you think you know them. If they say no say, "You look just like the lady that worked at the vinyard in Italy" (or some sort of interesting place you've been to) They will probably start a conversation with you then. Don't be pushy, very calm and friendly.

With a black long coat on, holding a knife, screaming "GIMME YOUR MONEY!" That always works for me, and they'll let you off the bus Anywhere you want, so pull this trick before they pass your place up and stop 7 miles up the road. Just watch out for mace.

You try to sit next to her wihtout it being obvious. Strike up a conversation. No cliches. Don't say 'o h you are so beautiful and can i see you some other time" that may push her away, after all she does not know you.

go up and ask her for the time is always a good convo starter. after that try to keep the convo going by saying something like have we met before? then introduce yourself and ask for her name. If she's interested then she'll keep the convo going. ask her for her number or out for coffee

Just be confident, mention your name (don't forget that part) and start a conversation. If you introduce yourself, you won't seem creepy.
