If good always triumphs over evil, then let's forget all about legal trials with judges and juries. Let's go back to the Medieval practice of trial by combat.
Both sides pick their champion, they fight it out, and the verdict goes to the winner.
There's a reason why this system isn't used any more. Good doesn't always win.

I do believe that good is more powerful than evil and I also believe that without the EVIL we wouldn't know the meaning of being good!! that's why there is evil from the beginning of time.

It is not a matter of Good and Evil. It is a matter of positive and negative like all things in nature. Right now the negative charges are in excess to the positive charges. The negative is not going to be brought into balance by ignoring it. Balance van only be achieve by increasing the positive, or diminishing the negative. I would lean towards the latter for as we know from physics all energy that ever existed does exist, as such either the positive is increased by converting physical mass to energy or negative is decreased by converting negative energy to physical mass, or by converting the negative to positive. Which would require the addition of charges to the energy flow from the positive to the negative. As in giving, sharing, or care for others.

A Jewish family was tortured and made into lampshades by the Germans. Evil has beaten them. You have not lived much, or been very aware, if you have not seen evil win many times.

I assume evil to be sin and good to be God's truth(ten commandments)Every culture in man's history teaches us this valuable lesson whenever sin is condone this is the beginning of every societies collapse.
