78 hours when my best friend was dieing. I could not leave the bedside and the nurses brought in a bed but i just could not let myself drop off.

I stayed up two days once studying for an exam in college. I went to sleep for three hours, set my alarm just in time to wake up and go to class to take the exam. I don't know if that is ridiculous, but I did get an "A" on the test.

managed to do a 46 hr stint once due to working a 12 hr night shift and being unable to get to sleep after. Wouldn't recommend though as I felt like I had a truck parked on my head by the end of it.

3 days. Wow, it was the worst experience ever. I work nites and just had some many things going on that I couldn't miss, no shut eye for me. I got sick, dizzy with nausea, headaces, hot flashes. The worst.

lets see it was 7 days/6 nights not sure how many "hours" that is but I knwo its A LOT & WAY too many!!!
