You need to take the secret antidote, expose yourself to high levels of radiation, and make sure the military gets ahold of you. All 3 of these things should work.

Try figuring out why you get mad, and learn how to communicate your feelings in a more healthy manner and instead of smashing things through possible frustration discuss your thoughts and feelings acknowledge why you feel them and own them. If you feel yourself getting mad stop whatever you are doing and take a brisk walk or run anything but smashing stuff. When i was a kid i use to smash things because i didn't have any better way to communicate my anger, hurt and frustration, these days as an adult i have learnt to talk about my feelings without the fear of being judged and accept how i feel and figure out why i feel that way. maybe you need to acknowledge why you get mad and try to avoid getting mad so you do not get aggressive. It's not good for you in the long run. It's all about healthy communication which is one of the keys to happiness x o

Check your local listings for anger management class.
Or always have your most valuable thing/favorite stuff you own around all the time and when you started to turn green, smash that thing first.... it worked for me.

ooo!!! ooo!!! i know get yourself a Rx for xanax bars!!! they work GREAT when I freak out!!! i dont take whole bars (Im not that crazy yet) but if you turn into the HUlk you mus tbe pretty big so your gonna need a big ole xanny!!!
