If your girlfriend doesn't like condoms and you too have been checked out and don't have STDs to share with each other and don't sleep around on the side you could tell her to go on birth control. However, condoms have so many benefits: better protection, easy clean-up, a whole lot cheaper and easier to use than remembering to take a pill everyday.
