30-Second Abs seems to be a quick solution. Time is different for everyone, if you look like the before picture of Jared from the Subway propaganda commercials it'll be a while.
The more you put into it the faster the results will be. Do a multitude of exercises vs. just 100,000,000 crunches a day like some people do.
Mix it up with crunches, flutter kicks, sit-ups, sit-ups with weights, leg lifts, leg lifts with ankle weights, medicine ball, and so on; it'll keep you from getting bored and it'll keep your muscles from just going through the usual routine.

it's not the time it takes to get the six pack that's the problem, it's the effort to keep it you'll wanna focus on. But anyhow... If you're fairly athletic and so on then you can have a basic six pack within one-two weeks. If you seriously work on it.
Go for sit ups to get it fast and easy.Up to a hundred a day (preferrably twice) and as you can hear that's a lot of work. I could only keep it up for like a few weeks.
then complement with some running and soccer is great too. that'll make your body feel good. I bet after a while you can go down to fifty-hundred a day. remember britney spears and her fab stomach? 300 a day according to her.

Read the recommendations below. Also, go to the book store and locate the book "Weight Training for Dummies". In chapter 15 you will find excellent information on how to perform abdominal exercises correctly. Page 218 of the book dispels all the myths surrounding abdominal training. It is impossible to tell how long it will take because everyone's genetics are different.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/p...
*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter. An excellent free online resource is at http://www.exrx.net/
A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.
*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Email me if you want a good indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have other questions.

depends. if you have a flat belly, it can only be a few weeks.
Do lots of chinups and crunches. Pushups are also good. once a day is enough for as many as possible +3. So go until it hurts, then keep going, then add 3.

1. Go to the shops
2. Choose what brand you like
3. Purchase the 6-pack
4. Pay
5. Go home
6. Drink it
Otherwise, good old fashioned exercise, spend 15-45 mins per day on those crunches.

In my country....Its ice cold, fresh, crisp, almost sparkling...depends on the brand, (Castle Lager) feet up and sip.
Then..........watch the ladies in the gym opposite do the sit-ups, the scissors, the crunches, press ups, you name it. As long as they have a six pack on them, its cool. Thats the exercise men do most of the time.
