Technically speaking, the Judeo-Hebraic Messianic Faiths [Jew, Christian and Muslim] and Hinduism, according to their Scriptures, consider the "violation" of the body, voluntarily or involuntarily, to automatically deny the dead to any Last Rites.

Quite curiously enough, because this denies the dead to be cremated, the Hindu dead have to be buried; while with those of the Judeo-Hebraic denomination, because they are not allowed to be buried, they are cremated!?

Now, aint that funny?

Cheers.

I don't know about religions. ok?

what you do with your body is kewl.

I would want to let you know this, if you were to donate any organ of a loved one, that is the dumbest thing you could ever do.

Thats all I'm going to say. ask your Doctor, He might or might not tell you the truth.

Organ Donors bodies, are NOT dead. Or they can NOT be a Donor.

Just remember this. ok?

Jehovah witness.. they don't even allow you to donate blood. Muslim you are supposed to have all your organs when you die. that's why in my country, they have an opt- in policy for organ donation. For other races, if you get into an accident, some parts of the organs will be donated unless you opted out.

No religion as a whole, I know of other than few old pagan religions in the past.

In Islam, there were few fatwas (religious rulings) against it but they were cancled in mid 90s.

their is a debate in Judaism about donating organs even though giving blood is not only acceptable but is encouraged on every level.

the augment is about the fact that one is supposed to be buried with all his organs because they will be necessary during the period of Resurrection.
