not at all

i work in trauma icu and in the trauma room (where the patients are first brought to when picked up by the ambulance or helicopter) and i've seen my share of blood-worse case being when we had to crack a guy's chest open to try to get his heart to start pumping again after he was shot in the chest.

it's easier to deal with the sight of blood once you known the dynamics of how your body uses it and what it's made up of..but some people just can't handle it-nothing to be ashamed of either. i can handle the sight of blood-but freak out if i see a spider!! everyone has a weakness : )

i had an accident before and my blood was all over me but I didn't feel anything. It's all psychological.
but the taste of blood bothers me, like when your gum bleeds, its so disgusting

No. Worked in the operating room for years. I just don't like the sight of my own blood.

Nope, not at all. I grew up with my mother working in pathology. I spent many afternoons in the morgue....no biggie.
