I think your not relaxing enough for the natural lubrication to kick in(try KY jelly if not). Also, the peeing part could be two things- 1-you have a urinary tract infection (common to get-- avoid this by peeing after every time you have sex-woman always should!) 2- sometimes right before an orgasm it feels like burning or like you really gotta pee--(You Won't-relax and go with it!)

If you're very young : stop & wait till you're married!
I don't recommend it until you're married, but if you're going to continue having s*x, my suggestion is :
Try being on top. That way you control how far it goes in.
You just might be too small there.
And of course : Ask your Dr. what she thinks.
